Uniform Stock

Youth Polo shirts
Stocks are currently low across the range of youth polo shirts, our next delivery is due in August.

Leaders Stripe Shirts
GGA are currently in negotiations with the uniform supplier to place an order for the Leaders Stripe shirts.  There are currently two styles of shirts available, ¾ sleeve and a short sleeve, however, going forward we will only be stocking one option. Your feedback on which style you would prefer to see available at Guide Supplies, and what possible size you think you may require would be greatly appreciated and could help speed up the process. Please send any feedback or comments to Joanne Englefield at GuideSupplies@guidesqld.org.

Please note that the following suggestions have already been put forward:-

  • Shirts to be made longer
  • Higher button at the neck so opening is not so deep
  • Improved collar so it sits better

Community Grants

Get Playing Places and Spaces
The opening date of Round 7 of the Get Playing Places and Spaces program has been rescheduled to late July 2018 to make this a more convenient time for applicants, as it avoids school holidays. This will give volunteers applying for Get Going Clubs grants to have a break from preparing applications if they are keen to apply for the development of sport and recreation infrastructure under Get Playing Places and Spaces, which can provide up to $150,000.

For more information about Get Playing Places and Spaces please contact your local Sport and Recreation Services advisor on 13 QGOV (13 74 68) or go to www.qld.gov.au.
